WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY AWAKENING SUMMIT

RELEASE. RELIEVE. RENEW.

๐Ÿ“… 10 October 2026 ๐Ÿ“ Lagos, Nigeria
Why LIO26

Mental health isn't a subject to sit through. It's something to feel, release, and carry with you.

LIO26 exists because most conversations about mental health stay in the head. This summit moves them into the body โ€” through activations built alongside clinicians, spaces designed for honesty, and a community that shows up for World Mental Health Day and stays long after it ends.

"You are allowed to feel it. You are allowed to release it."
โ€” The spirit of LIO26
